1

Slab Viewing

We strongly encourage all customers to view their selected slabs before fabrication. Your countertops are an important investment, and viewing your slabs helps ensure they meet your expectations and vision for the finished project. If you choose not to view your slabs, a waiver acknowledging this decision will be required. For the best experience, we recommend scheduling your slab viewing 1-2 weeks prior to your template appointment.

2

Templating

The homeowner or designated decision-maker (18 years of age or older) must be present during the templating appointment. During this visit, our technicians will review important project details with you, including overhangs, corner profiles, and any special design requests. To help ensure an accurate and successful installation, the person present should be familiar with all project specifications and decisions.

Installation

The homeowner or designated decision-maker (18 years of age or older) must be present for the duration of the installation. During this appointment, our technicians will return any items removed during the templating process and install your new countertops. Seams will be completed using color-matched epoxy and, while every effort is made to minimize their appearance, all seams will remain slightly visible to the eye or touch. Our team will take care to keep your home as clean as possible, though some dust may be generated during installation. Minor on-site adjustments may also be necessary to ensure a precise fit.

4

Final Inspection & Completion

Once installation is complete, our technicians will review the finished countertops with you to ensure you are satisfied with their quality, fit, and overall condition. Please take time to inspect the countertops carefully before signing the completion paperwork. If you have any questions or concerns, be sure to discuss them with our team at that time. Please note that while your countertop installation will be complete, our installers do not perform plumbing or electrical work. Any plumbing connections, sink hookups, or appliance wiring will need to be completed by a licensed professional or arranged separately.
